How to find a replacement cartridge for your pool or spa?
First find your current filter part number on the end caps. Simply enter the part number on our product page for compatibility. If you don't have a part number, follow these steps to measure your filter: 1.Measure the outer diameter of the cartridge (+/- 6-3/4 inches). 2.Measure the cartridge length from end cap to end cap (+/- 15-1/2 inches), excluding handles and threads. 3.Identify the end cap configuration. For "open" tops and/or bottoms, measure the inside diameter of the opening. If the end cap is closed, note any specific features. If your filter has threads, specify the thread type (Size & Male/Female & Coarse/Fine).
How do I properly clean my Zotee Filter for optimal performance, and how often should I do it?
Cleaning Frequency: Clean every 2-6 weeks for optimal performance, with a deep cleaning once a year . Steps to Clean: Turn off the pool pump and release air from the system. Remove the cartridge and inspect it for damage. Use a garden hose with a spray nozzle to clean the cartridge, rinsing between all the pleats. If necessary, use a commercial filter cleaner or soak the cartridge overnight in a cleaning solution. Check the O-ring and replace if damaged, or apply lubricant if it's in good condition. Reinstall the cartridge and turn the filtration system back on.

Why did I receive a cancellation / out of stock notification after I successfully placed an order?
We will send you an email to confirm whether the order is pending or not if the order is out of stock or the product is damaged. After your confirmation we will hold the order for you or cancel it. Normally, we will not cancel your order without authorization.
